Deposits, Card on File & Appointment Policies

New 2025-2026 Clients
For your first appointment with me, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required, along with a card on file, to secure your spot.
• If you no-show your appointment the day of the service, the remaining balance will be charged to your card on file.
Card on File
To uphold my policies, I require a card on file for all bookings.
• An agreement will be sent via email for you to sign before your appointment.
Payments
• Cash is always preferred and appreciated.
• Card payments are accepted via Square. However, a 3.5% processing fee will be applied at checkout.
Reschedules & Cancellations
• Full cancellations within less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment or no-shows will incur a 80-100% service charge of the booked service.
• First-time cancellations may be subject to my discretion, typically resulting in a $100 flat fee. If cancellations occur more than once, the charge will be 100% of the booked service.
I understand that life happens, and sometimes emergencies require last-minute cancellations. I strive to offer grace in these situations but also track all late cancellations and no-shows to prevent policy abuse.
• If cancellations or no-shows happen three times or more within a calendar year, you will be required to pre-pay for all future services.
Reschedules:
If you need to reschedule, I get it. But please respect my time is valuable and I have an ongoing waitlist. I kindly ask if you must move your appointment to a different day, notify me within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment so I can fill your spot.
Sickness Policy
Given the unpredictable nature of health concerns, I do not enforce the cancellation policy for Flu, Norovirus, Strep, COVID-19-related illness.
If you experience symptoms such as fever, cough, or other symptoms or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive, please reschedule.
• Do not come to your appointment if you are unwell.
No-Show Policy
I take no-shows very seriously.
• Failure to show up without prior communication not only affects my business financially but also takes time away from other paying clients.
• No-show appointments will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service to your card on file.
Please respect my time and business, as this is my livelihood.
Service Adjustments
I want you to be 100% satisfied with your hair. If you need a slight adjustment, I’m happy to accommodate within reason.
• Contact me via email or text within 7 days of your original appointment to schedule a correction.
• Adjustments outside of the original consultation scope may result in additional charges or be considered a new service (subject to my discretion).
If I notice repeated requests for adjustments that seem to be abused, I may no longer be the right stylist for you and would be happy to recommend another professional.
