Every client will be draped with a clean black cape (this is not a new standard)
All surfaces will be disinfected between each
client contact.
All tools will be sanitized between each guest.
All laundry is washed and dried at high temps to kill all bacteria and potential contaminates.
All clean and laundered items will be stores in containers with lids prior to being used on clients.
All clean combs, shears, brushes will be stored in
air tight containers with lids to prevent cross contamination.
We have purchased a specialty sanitation solution created for salons that is used to disinfect and sanitize furniture, walls, floors and our entire salon space for addes safety and cleanliness.
To maintain social distancing requirements in salon, we have created a shift schedule for all stylists so that there are no more than 3-4 professionals working at a time. Stylists will not be double booking during this time to limit the amount of people in the salon.
We will be offering by-appoinement only. No walk ins! Thank you for your understanding while we acclimate to this new routine and we look forward to seeing you!
Each stylist offers a different set of services so please contact your stylist of choice for a detailed service menu.
Each stylist has different pricing so inquire with them for that information.. Any questions should be discussed with the stylist performing the service.
We understand things come up, and you may have to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We kindly ask for you to notify your stylist ASAP so they can take care of you properly.
We strive our best to accommodate you if you're running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens. The Mane Artistry Salon allows a 15 minute grace period. After that time, we will call or text to check in on you. If you are able to make it in time for your entire service to be completed, great! If not, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you. Please, always call the salon if you even think you might be late.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your services. If you are not 100% satisfied or need something tweaked, please contact your stylist directly via email or text. Please contact your stylist within 7 days of your service if you have not satisfied.
If for any reason, you are not happy with a product. We happily accept returns up to 7 days of first purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Products must be returned after 1-2 uses.
