In order to provide that intimate experience, we have removed the need for a front desk person, which means you handle business directly with your artist!

We strive our best to accommodate you if you're running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens. The Mane Artistry Salon allows a 15 minute grace period. After that time, we will call or text to check in on you. If you are able to make it in time for your entire service to be completed, great! If not, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you. Please, contact your stylist if you even think you might be late.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your services. If you are not 100% satisfied or need something tweaked, please contact your stylist directly via email or text.
Each stylist offers a different set of services so please contact your stylist of choice for a detailed service menu.
We understand things come up, and you may have to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
